The ASCerT project was to investigate the application of green certificate trading systems for the support of renewable electricity production in five NAS (Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland & Romania).
The project will worked with key stakeholders in each country to examine the potential for utilising TGC systems to promote renewables.
The ASCerT project ran for 1 year from January 2003 to December 2003. It was supported by the European Commission Directorate General for Research. Find out more.
