the first phase of the Bulgaria LSEP project, ESD and ESD Bulgaria worked
with local stakeholders in the pilot region of Kustendil, and specifically
in the following municipalities:

Training
and advice for sustainable energy planning enabled these municipalities
to identify pilot energy projects, and access finance to make these investments
happen.
